Great for the price

It's a great sofa for the price, especially for a guest room. There were no instructions for assembling so we had to figure it out, but eventually we got there.

Macys us not a good place to buy furniture on line

This sofa came was delivered in the package was opened . It is a cream sofa and most all the pillows were soiled and parts of the sofa. Ive called three times and today was told there is nothing they will do for me but a ten dollar gift card which they did not email me. This is unacceptable I shots have been sent new pillows or an adjustment made to the price I paid . I’m very disappointed and not ever buy from Macys in line again!
