Beautiful to look at, disappointed with sound

The piano is beautiful. I am just disappointed that a few of they keys are very out of tune and sound tinny

Manufacture’s claims department horrible

A damaged product was delivered. Upon noticing we reached out to the claims department for a replacement. Costway’s claim department suggested that my toddler nephew use the damaged product and send back $40 (a partial refund). The wood is cracked and paint chipped which could cause splinters and result in further injury. The products boasts about a smooth surface which the product provided does not have. This is horrible customer service.
