Wish I could give it no stars

Ordered on April 24 to give to my sister for a Mother's Day gift. UPS label was created but package never received by UPS. It's now May 21, I still have not received the necklace OR a refund. Buyer beware of third parties. The kicker is that this third-party seller is located less than 10 miles from my house!

Still waiting..................

I ordered this on April 24 for a Mother's Day gift. The estimated delivery was 3-6 business days. It's been 6 business days and it hasn't even shipped yet. A UPS shipping label was created on April 25th, but UPS STILL isn't in possession of the package. STRONG fail.
