SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT

This was replaced due to the first one arriving damaged most of the way out of the cardboard sleeve. The second one arrived mostly in the cardboard sleeve but after placing it down for use under my chair, after about a week, it has cracked at the lip. It is allegedly designed for 400 lbs. I weight nothing near that weight. The manufacturer needs to assess why this product does not perform according to the specifications. It was ordered because of the specifications assuming it would hold up well for a long period of time. This is unacceptable and I need to request my money back.

Not as tuff as the label says

I sat in my chair for about three hours and fought constantly to move from place to place on the mat. After Being off of it for three hours they were still indentions from the wheels. The company credited me back cost of the mat of which I am greatly appreciative. Please know that I worry 190 pounds and have a low to medium pile carpet.

Good Product

this chair mat holds up very well. had mine for over two years still looks good no cracks or sags. just purchased one for my wife.
