Insecure Shade Latching.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Lamp...Style is BEAUTIFUL...however one of the screws that hold the shade in place is stripped...so it cannot be loosened enough to catch onto the latch that holds the shade. I'm having to improvise & HOPE it is good enough to hold it on.
