This whole experience has been awful.

While knowing this item is less than what I usually pay for an item from Macys, I still expect great customer service. I ordered this on June 7. It is now July 2 and I still have not received it. I have called customer service twice only to be told they are contacting the seller to inquire. One even told me he would call me back. I am still waiting two weeks later. I can’t get the assistance I need to resolve this situation.
