Nice but damaged

Upon receiving my patio set, I found one chair to be damaged. Unfortunately, efforts to reach Macy's and the supplier yielded no assistance. I am disappointed in Macy's, as they typically offer high-quality products.

Too short and impossible to assemble. Holes do not line up. One chair is together and will keep trying on the second but not real sure. Do not do not recomend
