Do not purchase

Incredibly disappointed with this purchase. Description of product and pictures are incredibly deceiving on the size of the actual chandelier and ability to change height of fixture. In picture it looks like the arms of the chandelier are iron when in fact they are rubber wire. For the price tag, I would 100 percent expect better quality and ability to adjust the chandelier height further. There is no way the chandelier would fit in the rooms shown in the pictures, it is massive. My husband was trying to be helpful and begin installing the chandelier, however, I don’t get a chance to look at the full product prior to him cutting the wires to hang so now it looks like I will not be able to return the product. Stuck with a useless chandelier with a very high price tag. Want to ensure I can atleast warn others to not buy.
