Do not recommend
I received this product as a gift and was very exciting. It was great- for about 6 weeks. Then all motion stopped working. It would start, then a clicking noise, and then shut off on its own. After some research, this is common with many products from this brand. It's very disappointing, especially with the high price point.

Makes horrible noise when it moves
I received this for my new baby a week ago and it squeaks so bad it wakes my baby up.

Has amazing motions but they brake do research
When it works it works amazing but I bought a bassinet and swing at the same time. Swing quit couldn't get them to warranty it out or even parts. Wasted another 300 to get a swing now bassinet quit hope they make this one right.

Great at First, But Didn’t Last
I purchased this bassinet a few months ago for my newborn and was initially so excited to try it out—especially because it gently rocks your baby to sleep. At first, it worked wonderfully and felt like a great investment. Unfortunately, after just a month of use, it started making loud noises and no longer rocks as smoothly. While it was amazing in the beginning, its performance declined quickly. I had hoped to use it again for future babies, but sadly, that won’t be possible due to the wear and tear.

Overpriced clothes basket
Motor went out within the first month & didn’t have the time/energy to go thru the limited 1 year warranty fight with the manufacturer. Don’t waste the $. Poorly made & Only used 2x.

Common problems with this product
It seems like many people are having the same problems with this device. The warranty is only a year for something so expensive. Buyer beware.

Need some work on it
You wrote that it careers up to 11 k but my baby is 7.8 now and the bed swing continues to stop every few minutes. This is so devastating

Great but turns off after 4 hours
Our 2 month old is now sleeping through the night with this! We love it. However, we aren’t necessarily sleeping through the night because it turns off every 4 hours. Then you need to restart it. WHY. Who designed that feature? Clearly not a tired parent.
