I was really excited about this ergonomic drum chair, especially after seeing the platform’s description and advertised features, like the wide seating area and advanced stability tech. Unfortunately, what I received was a basic drum chair with none of the promised features. When I reached out to the seller for a replacement and clearly demonstrated the discrepancies, the seller simply blamed the platform and refused to take responsibility. It’s ridiculous that they’re essentially passing the buck to the customer and claiming they have no control over the images displayed on the platform. If that’s the case, then they really shouldn’t be selling there at all. And if this is truly a platform bug that the customer discovered and reported, the seller should provide proper customer service and work with Macy’s to fix it. Instead, they did nothing—no replacement, just excuses—and pushed the responsibility onto the customer to resolve their issue with Macy’s. In the end, it’s frustrating and disappointing that the seller won’t take responsibility and leaves the customer to sort it out. Fake pictures, fake features, and zero accountability. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of sellers who offer real products and real support, unlike this one.
Different item from description
I received a totally different drum chair with a round pad and less sturdy stand. No widing seating area. It is a simple stand with different structure as described, not sturdy as shown in the figures and no all other tech described. Contacting the seller to replace.
