Didnt even come with my order, still no refund

Was missing from my order then was told wasnt in stock. Still fighting the good fight to get a refund back on this item because macy passes all the responsibility to the seller. Ive contacted the seller twice and still no response. I ordered this off of macys website not directly thru the seller, trying to get a refund is the ultimate run around with customer care!
