EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I got my item and I must say I’m not happy. I ordered the karaoke system with 2 speakers and 4 microphones. I only received one speaker and 2 microphones. One of the microphones doesn’t even work. Called customer service and they said they would email a resolution by end of day. Still waiting…….

wrong item delivered

Be careful when ordering from Macys if it’s from a 3rd party. I paid for a large 4 mic karaoke system. I got the smaller 2 mic system. I contacted Macys and was transferred to one dept after another. Waster 40 minutes of my life. To be told by Macys customer service that they sent a message to the seller. They gave me the number to follow up with. They have nothing to do with the money that I’m out.
