Buyer beware.

The packaging of this item is terrible. It is packaged with horrible tape, and there is no room to even open the box. I hurt my back trying to just open the box. After all the work I did, the shelf was not good quality. Customer satisfaction was not anything they seemed to care about. By the way, this was delivered to my door and that was fine, except the shipment already had the box damaged where there wasn't tape. Shame on Macy's for this order.
