Cute but not comfortable

I love the way the pull-out sleeper looks, however, the sitting space from your bottom to your knees is short on an adult. Also, it looks soft and plush but it is actually hard and firm. Perfect sitting spot for young children.

Do not buy

I have purchased many items from Macy’s over the years, but this sofa is by far the worst. It is cheaply made, extremely uncomfortable, and offers no cushion or support whatsoever. It sits so low to the ground, and I’m only 5’4”—it feels more like a floor mat than a sofa. Assembly was a nightmare: holes weren’t drilled, pieces weren’t labeled, and the instructions were completely unclear. I expected so much more from Macy’s. This was a very, very disappointing purchase. Come on, Macy’s—do better.
