Not what expected, what a mess

This item was for my nieces new home she just moved into.. I convinced her to get her set from Macys and to my disappointment it was not up to par.. It was like someone had purchased it and sent it back! I wish we would have checked when purchasing but it was a move from one state to the other and then for house to be settled so it took time.. But I will say this is the third home product I buy that has failed me Macys.. So no more purchasing furniture as I have two brand new bed frames in storage that cannot be used as well, monies down the drain.. Please pay more attention on your furniture and the delivery department.. I have pictures, so dissatisfied..
