Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service,

I bought this for my toddler for Xmas. 2 months later the plate that holds the training wheels is broken. My son rode the bike maybe 10 times so it was not worth the cost of the bike!. I emailed the company, they took days to weeks to respond after each email! I was told the part was out of stock! Now I have this useless bike just sitting around! They offered no other solution, it is passed my return window, so I'm stuck with this broken piece of junk!
