The Defender outdoor ceiling fan from Possini Euro Design is rated for use in damp locations. It comes in a handsome oil-rubbed bronze finish motor and eight koa finish blades with a 60-inch span. A handheld remote control is included for operation.

Underwhelmed

Blades are plastic not wood. Run off of remotes only. I have two side by side so remotes are useless. Paying extra to have the speed bypassed and controlled by wall switches. Overpriced for what you get. Motor is weak. Fine when it gets to speed but a very slow start.

Slim, Trim, and Simple

I didn't want anything too chunky in my gathering room because of my accent pieces ( a writer's desk and an armoire) that are on the trim side. I read that you should match the fan color to your darkest furniture. The color is a perfect match to those pieces. The fan circulates the air beautifully, and it's a large room.

Would buy again over and over!!

Low expectations, and this fan exceeded all of them and then some! Was skeptical of ordering online but now I can't stop shopping on their site! Will buy everything from them! High quality and good price!
