Poor Instructions

This is a nice fan with a great look, but the installation is a bit of a nightmare. There is a supplemental set of instructions packed within the other instructions and it took some time to figure out which one is correct. I had to figure out the light kit on my own as the instructions were pretty useless and did not match what I had. This fan ONLY works with the remote. There are NO manual switches or pull cords.
