It’s an excellent TV - but you expect that for the price. I’ve taken a star off because: 1) the screen is very glossy and reflective - makes it hard to get the best except in pitch black conditions. 2) the brushed aluminium trim round the outside of the bezel is ‘meh’ given the bezel is black, the TV is black, the trim should also be black. As it is, it catches the eye and not in a good way. 3) the screen is not flat. Nothing that effects the performance as a TV and I’m sure it’s within tolerance, but side on you can see the distortions in the reflections from the slight ‘hills and valleys’ in the screen. It does the job, and I won’t be sending it back, but next time I’ll probably try the Samsung equivalent.

Outstanding OLED TV
Unbelievable Picture Quality! I haven't upgraded my TV for about 7 years, and can't believe how far we've come. This TV far exceeded all expectations, and since seeing it several family members are now saving for a new LG OLED. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Best tv EVER
Really love our 77" G5 OLED. Picture quality is outstanding. Installation went fine and really looking forward to watching football with this great picture. Re-watching old series (The Last Kingdom) and the upscaled improved picture quality greatly enhances the experience.

Not good
Didn’t like it at all. Returned the item and definitely will not be purchasing one like it in the near future. Very bad sound and picture quality. Did have some cool features though

Amazing and terrible
This TV is amazing, BUT, and it is a significant but, HDR and Dolby Video feeds show up way too dark. In order see what’s going on I have to watch in Vivid mode (which I really don’t want to use) and turn the contrast down (otherwise subtitles are searingly bright) . If it wasn’t for this, the TV would be 5 stars. I’m honestly shocked that a ‘flagship’ TV was allowed to be released to market like this.

No DTS audio support. Unforgiveable!
LG have made another corrupt deal with Dolby Labs and dropped DTS support for the second time! They already did it once, re-introduced DTS after the backlash, and now, have dropped it yet again. Disgusting behaviour! Almost every Blu-Ray I have has DTS audio.
