missing items

Received item went to out it together and no hardware. Called immediately and 3 weeks later received hardware, but non instruction and had to try and find online. Started putting together to notice that missing additional pieces and cushions.

Challenge to assemble

I like the patio set but it was very hard to assemble because the parts are exact fits. It was a challenge but its finally together and looks great.

Terrible instructions

Very terrible instructions. Cheaply made. Looks so easy to put together, but was very difficult. Finally had to hire someone to finish putting it together. I am beginning to like it, but was very upset at first with the instructions. Don’t think I would buy again through this Macys company.
