Disappointed but can't return

Photo did not have any reference to scale. The sofa appears just as in the photo - attractive but VERY VERY LOW to the ground. Not as sturdy or comfortable as I hoped. Not sure any adult will want to sit on it. Assembly was easy enough. Shipped in 3 boxes, and is NOT returnable at the store- meaning it would have to be shipped. I Had to open all 3 boxes to find instructions. IF I had been able to get the instructions in the 1st box and saw how low it was, I would NOT have opened all 3 boxes and would have returned it. Once opened, it would be almost impossible to repack all the pieces in the Tetris style for returning.

Incomplete delivery

I only received box 203. I am missing two more boxes, one of three and three of three. This is an incomplete delivery. I did not receive all of my items and they did not knock on the door to let me know that it was here because I would’ve said something to them then.
