Ships from pursonic not Macys

On the Macys website, you will notice “direct from vender” or “ships from.” This product is coming directly from pursonic. If you have a faulty product, Macys system can replace it within 3o days. It is limited when it comes direct from vender due to it being a third party. This product does have a 1 year limited warranty but you have to contact pursonic directly with proof of purchase. You can contact Macys if proof of purchase is needed.

Obviously won’t do anything

Obviously this doesn’t really do anything but the online algorithms got my wife to insist this is what she wanted for Christmas. So within 2 weeks this will be lost in a drawer somewhere to never be used again. But she wanted her money lit on fire this way, so I gave in. I could have been saving for a boat instead.

Shuts off a lot

I purchased this in August but was busy so i've forgotten. I opened a month later. The first week went ok i trialed 3x that week & I like the different light options. The following week it kept shutting off just after putting it on for 2 mins. I made sure it was charged & even left it charging overnight but it wouldn't switch on. Also double checked the booklet but nothing helpful bout what's going on. Sadly it was past my return window. I was obviously sent a faulty kind.

Nice Concept But…

Finally received the product only to find I couldn’t used it being as though it had been previously used. The product had a pungent smell I’m assuming from product that could have been on the previous users skin. Not the product is not sold by Macys but shipped instead. So you do have to communicate with the seller. I’m 🫤 about the whole purchase. Was told I can’t get a replacement but I have to return and reorder again. Will they honor the price I paid originally? Probably not. Good luck guys
