I cant give a review due to the mask not working when I got it I charged it up and still doesn't work Im returning it to see if I can get another one I would really like to try it out

Obviously won’t do anything

Obviously this doesn’t really do anything but the online algorithms got my wife to insist this is what she wanted for Christmas. So within 2 weeks this will be lost in a drawer somewhere to never be used again. But she wanted her money lit on fire this way, so I gave in. I could have been saving for a boat instead.

Shuts off a lot

I purchased this in August but was busy so i've forgotten. I opened a month later. The first week went ok i trialed 3x that week & I like the different light options. The following week it kept shutting off just after putting it on for 2 mins. I made sure it was charged & even left it charging overnight but it wouldn't switch on. Also double checked the booklet but nothing helpful bout what's going on. Sadly it was past my return window. I was obviously sent a faulty kind.

Nice Concept But…

Finally received the product only to find I couldn’t used it being as though it had been previously used. The product had a pungent smell I’m assuming from product that could have been on the previous users skin. Not the product is not sold by Macys but shipped instead. So you do have to communicate with the seller. I’m 🫤 about the whole purchase. Was told I can’t get a replacement but I have to return and reorder again. Will they honor the price I paid originally? Probably not. Good luck guys
