Disenchanted

I originally bought this item and loved it. It worked immediately and we have not had any problems since. About 2months later my husband suggested getting another one and I did. Unfortunately, the second one that I just recently received is not working properly. It is not filling up with water it just runs and has not collected any water with a 48 hrs time. Hence. We beleive it is defective. We looked it up and we think it may be the compressor that is not working properly. Therefore, I had to return the second one.
