I upgraded from the LED 43 Samsung model to this one. My only grievance is the TV legs, they won't stay on when I got it out of the box. As of this writing they're being supported by duct tape. Once I'm in my new place, I'll try again and see if the TV can be supported without tape.

Nice TV for the money
I always thought Samsung made great TVs. My last one was still working when we upgraded to a bigger screen. I wish the sound was better, but it is what it is. Easy to set up with a crisp, clear picture. We don't buy the newest model, but I am always happy with them. While I love their TVs, I detest their appliances. The fridge was junk, and the dishwasher was horrible.

A Wonderful Big Screen Television
I love this TV. I believe my TV is a 62". I thought it was going to be too big, as I I've in a studio apt. But, it actually is perfect. The picture is very clear. I have not had any issues with it.

Samsung 65" flat screen TV
The TV has a very good picture resolution. The product quality is good, the control is simple and small, easy to handle. Setting up the unit is simple, its light weight and connectivity is straight forward, simple plug and play. The picture refresh rate is excellent. How ever we do experience speaker issues. From time to time the speaker volume drops off for no particular reason.

TV OS is slow
Tv is ok. significant light reflection and glare. TV software is crappy always having to unplug TV because of slow response. FF in recorded programs is always buffering. Response time of TV is horrible. No obvious reboot option. TV OS is just bad

Difficult to understaand for the elderly
We are Sr. citizens and it's much too difficult to understand everything in order to get to streaming apps, etc. Also, my husband's eyesight is failing and to press the right button is difficult. If only there was a large print remote. He also doesn't understand using a phone to scan a code and with a mild tremor, he is often not able to find the place he wants to watch. I guess we knew this when we bought it and we just use it for our regular cable channels.
