Not recommended

The TV size is great 85 but the internals and the software are slow and clunky. I've had the TV for a year and the screen is detaching from the back of the TV. No resolution from Samsung. They pretty much said it was my problem and this is after I bought four other Samsung TVs. So needless to say, I'll probably be moving in a New direction my next time to purchase

Will never purchase another Samsung product.

Tv always says it’s not connected to Wi-Fi but that’s not true.

Works well

TV works well and was relatively easy to set up. Picture is really good if you're directly in front, but colors wash out (especially faces) if you are watching from off to either side. Streaming works well and the interface is easy to use.

Not sure if I will be another Samsung

For some reason I can’t control the volume on my tv something is wrong with it and I’m not sure if it’s my cable but the closer caption comes on when I turn the tv on and will not go off. I have 4 Samsungs and two of them suck!

A good TV

Overall, I would say this is a good TV. I have had it for about a year now. The picture is very good. My only wish is that when you have a very dark scene that the picture to be brighter. At the moment, I have brightness at 100 and it is still too dark . The Wi-Fi connection is OK. I think it could be better. I find there’s a little bit of a drag buffering when I’m using the remote on the various apps. I wish the remote had number buttons on it since I do use over the air and going up and down on the guide is that what I really like. I bought an additional remote to allow for that feature. Overall, I would give this TV an eight out of a 10 and would purchase this television again

Basically have to unplug and plug back in almost every time for it to work, total junk remote is terrible
