Unprofessional Delivery 1 Damaged Box

Here, I send the photos of damages as requested. what would be the solution? Looking forward to hearing from you!his does not look like solution/replacement. I needed to replace the hole damages bo: Understood. That’s why we opened the two boxes, and we are almost done, but another problem appeared: some screws are missing which you will receive other related pictures: I am not satisfied neither with your help/solution nor with the employees who picked up phone on behalf of (Macy’s).Here are some photos after opening two boxes & trying to instal: 1- Fist & second pictures (Z1) show and we are missing 6 screws, probably V. 2-Picture #4 show that one side is not completely flat. 3-Last picture shows a damage which was caused by unprofessional/careless delivery.I am requesting some refund/Compensation for unprofessional delivery which caused damages, some missing items (Screws) and neither seller nor employees who picked up phone on behalf of Macys (not helpful).
