Not the as before

I order a second set, these are not the same quality as original product they are laminated wood. When you tap the wood with your nail they sound different. Would not recommend.

Poor third party service

I ve been a Macy's costumer for many years. And lately I've been having trouble with my orders. But this last order I've placed was my worst experience with Macy's. Sad to say I think that you need to take your time choosing your third party partnership. I had to call Macy's so many times to ask about this order over and over and it took over 1 month to finally get an answer from Macy's And now finally I think I am getting reimbursed from your third party partnership.
