Just ok - not great and broken wood pieces

As we start to put the chairs together - we realized some of the wood that goes on the arms of the chair are broken. Very disappointing- unfortunately we can’t even return because we have already put 6 chairs together. also looks and feels cheaper than the picture. Not very steady or strong
