Not worth buying

Bought the product in July finally get to used suit case to go on vacation n the night that I’m packing the case zipper broke.

I placed order on 7/2/25, until today 7/15/25 I still haven’t received the product. I contacted customer service, they said I spouse received by 7/10, I checked online they never shipped the product. Very disappointed

Do not bother

After a few uses, the fabric ripped taking the wheel off. Cheap product, wouldn’t recommend. Save yourself the trouble and just buy something else.

J.U.N.K don’t bother with it

I purchased because it was a good deal for three pieces. Like so many of you I agree with you all about it being junk. I am just now using it and the wheel broke off the bottom and luggage busted. I am so mad.I would never recommend it and mad at Macys because they say I am out of time to do anything, Someone’s going to fix this issue even with a free repairman. I think it cost too much money for my first use and it breaks.

Waste of money.

Do not purchase. Save your money. Used one time and the wheels are ripping off the largest one. Medium size one had a deep dent.

JUNK

These suitcases are junk! I have used them twice and they have already cracked on the bottom and when I tried to zip them, the zip tab snapped off! Not worth the money!
