brand new but does not work!

The socket where you screw in the bulb is faulty, requiring you to repeatedly tighten and loosen and jiggle the bulb to get the light to come on. After a few weeks of struggling with it, now it simply never lights up.

Simple

I'm absolutely happy with this lamp it's so cute and is perfect bed side light. The design is modern and goes with any design really. Really durable and versatile.
