too soft

we bought this mattress on line. we have used it 6 months. the mattress has lost it shape. queen size for two adults. this mattress has permanent indention where we have been sleeping already. we are going to see about a replacement.

Creates a sink hole.

Not comfortable. Creates a sink hole after sleeping for less than 1 year At all sides.

Firm like its said but seems shorter and narrower

Mattress seems to be quite a bit shorter & narrower (~1") than usual for a King and I am comparing with my old Serta King size. Hopefully it will stretch out a bit after being laid flat. Btw, it is NOT a mattress in a box type.
