Brushes are not firm first use the bristles were useless it didn’t reshape after use. Basically bristles are too soft.

A nice surprise .

I wanted a gentle facial cleanser brush to use to help remove my makeup. I don't wear makeup everyday just occasionally. I was surprise how soft it is on my skin. Definitely a good buy for the price.

Ordered this on Feb. 2nd and still hasn't arrived.

Every single time I order something with standard shipping it gets delivered 10+ days later. Even though it says 3-5 days. Why am i being asked by Macys to review a product I haven't received yet? Beats me.
