not the right item

the one delivered was different from the picture when I purchased it. I already emailed Macy's but no response from seller

wrong model

the item that I purchased was not the same item that was delivered; please replace it with the right one. It doesn't even match the picture shown as it doesn't have the side handle for the baby to be safe while using it

Favorite seat!

This is by far our favorite potty training seat. My son fits perfectly on it and the handles help him feel stable and safe while he does to the restroom. It does not slip and slide at all and stays stationary with all the wiggles that happen with a toddler.

Potty training seat with handles...

Very happy with the potty seat It fits the toilet perfectly. The deflector in the front, for little boys, is a little higher than most, causing less mishaps!!!. It is slip resistant. The handles make baby Christian feel more secure! Also it fits behind the toilet perfectly

A great training seat

My 3yo daughter uses this everday and its a very nice seat. We have a round type toilet and it fits reasonably well, though I suspect it fits best with a modern oval seat. Grippy on the underside so it never moves around while she is getting on and off. The hook is a nice touch, though the supplied sticky pads are not strong enough to cling to smooth tile. Easy to clean, overall a great seat!

Great baby potty

The Jool Baby Potty Training Seat with Storage Hook is a great first potty. This baby potty seat does not take up a lot of space which is wonderful. It also comes with a hook so you can hang the seat when not in use. You can place the baby potty seat over your toilet easily.

This seat is easy to use, it fits securely on the toilet and gives our toddlers the confidence to use the big bathroom! It is easy to maintain, store, and is a beautiful teal color! Overall an excellent tool in potty training!
