Awful product

This product makes sense and is just awful. Not bad to out together but the tank has to be 5 feet from the table itself and looks terrible with a hose going across my deck. And to add to it the unit does not even light. It says to not cover to much with the rocks, then it says to straighten the hose and that did not work. It’s just an awful product and still does not light. Very frustrating and now they won’t take it back cause it’s open
