Great ring but disappointed

This is a beautiful ring, the diamonds are stunning and they show and very attractive that I did get many compliments when wearing it, from family members, friends and strangers. The reason for my three stars is because of the craftsmanship as it was not well put together, only got to wear it few times in two weeks and last time I noticed that a diamond was missing, the prongs were still intact but the diamond fell off. Lucky it was within the 30 days and I called MACY’s for a repair or a replacement, as I loved the ring, but they just offered me a refund.
