Viking cook ware

Excellent quality, cooks the meal evenly. The bottom is so easy to clean and nonstick. The price was worth.

Not worth the price

The pans are marketed as nonstick, however every thing sticks. They are pretty but I am VERY disappointed, should be better for the price.

Durable and easy to clean

I have been using these pans over the past month and absolutely love them! My 9 and 6 year old children have been learning to cook and sometimes don't use quite enough butter/oil or turn the heat up too high, but these pans have been very forgiving when that happens and cleanup is still VERY easy. I love how durable they are and the design is gorgeous as well.

A Bit Dissapointed

For the high cost of these pans, I was super excited to not have to use nonstick oil on them. After one use food began sticking. This makes it difficult to clean, thus breaking down the nonstick coating faster. I was not expecting this from such an expensive high quality brand like Viking :(

Thank you for your review Haley. We are sorry that these pans didn't meet your initial expectation. These new pans are a "hybrid" nonstick that allows you to safely use metal utensils without touching the nonstick surface. The flip side of that benefit is that you will need to use a little oil or fat when cooking eggs or other liquid foods that turn solid for example. Try just wiping a tiny bit of olive oil around the pan with a paper towel and we hope you will be impressed with the performance. PS: Aerosol nonstick sprays that contain lethicin will actually ruin the nonstick performance of the coating. We don't recommend using aerosol nonstick sprays with our nonstick coatings.
