Nice looking except where the STICKER SHOWS

The bedframe is pretty enough, but some idiot put a sticker on the OUTSIDE of the long side frame noting the weight limit. The sticker is about 3x3 inches, and I could not rub, scratch, soap, or get it off in any manor. It resulted in me ruining the finish in the spot where the sticker was, it is still STICKY there. I should have returned that piece to Macy's but I am asking them for a discount instead, it is not worth the effort to ship it back, but I'd never recommend it.

Pay Attention to Dimensions

Nice looking, but a bit of a challenge getting it together. Further, not all the slats are the same size for the platform bed. Hence drilling them or screwing them in is not possible. One may have to visit a local lumber store to get slats that are longer, more secure to drill/screw in. Also there is quite a gap between the head board and the mattress. I you put a box spring on top of the platform you can close the gap.

Garbage

GARBAGE could possibly be used as firewood. The parts were not assimilated correctly. The holes for the hardware not in place. The hardware itself was incorrect. The support pieces on the bottom of the bed were so flimsy that the they collapsed with any weight whatsoever. Macys what kind of outside companies are you allowing to use your name as a business. Completely down hill fom here
