poor design not worth the money

I purchased 4 of these and am beyond disappointed. First they do not come with any screws or rawlplugs. Luckily I have them since I do DIY. Brackets went onto wall no issue. However the shelves do not fit onto the brackets! I had to force them on, it took crazy amount of time and effort. Even with that they do not hold straight to the wall. The brackets clearly do not support the whole width of the shelf so they slope downwards. Absolute nightmare. I am stuck with them because I drilled the holes and fitted the brackets to the wall.
