Trinity dresser

We thought purchasing a piece of furniture through Macy's was safe as far as customer service and standing by the product.The actual dresser is beautiful, but one of the pieces came in broken & it has been a month of trying to reach customer service. Apparently they use 2nd AND 3rd party sellers which Macy's advised us they have no control over. After several emails ,several phone calls and several non existent links and website,Macy's option offered is to unassemble the dresser,place it back in the box it came in (long gone)and have Macy's pick it up as they stated they do not accept furniture returns in store. The other option which was advised by both Macy's and the third party is to fix it ourselves! After some more relentless calls and emails,Trinity finally said that though they don't actually have the dresser or parts in their warehouse,if we wait 4 months they will attempt to send the broken part from another source. We will NEVER order from Macy's again.

The item is very cheap And not in good quality not sure why macys sell these kind of items
