Wonderful for my back!
My friend and I took 30 minutes to assemble this chair. Make it easy on yourself and attach the arms BEFORE you put the back on. We put the back on first, so we had to recline the chair in order to put the arms on, cuz you need plenty of room to ZIP them on! Three things I love about this chair. First, I can keep it close to the wall because when I recline, the footrest slides forward, so the back doesn't need as much room to slide backwards. That's a great feature in a 600 square foot apartment. Second, the seat cushion is firm, so my back doesn't ache like it did in my old recliner - which was so soft, the seat sagged when I sat down. Third, and best of all - this chair has GREAT lumbar support. I studied the photo before I ordered it and I thought it looked like the lumbar cushion was full and firm. And it is! I'd had a backache for three days because I just finished a vigorous spring cleaning. But after taking a one-hour nap in this chair, my backache is gone!

Nice chair.... but....
Great chair for a smaller apartment size living room. Easy to put together also. The only negative is the foot rest does not close easy at all - numerous times to get it to click closed.
