Already broke, not worth the money

Had this shaver in use for less than a month and it's broken. My husband typically gets at least 1.5 - 2 years out of a shaver as he takes great care of them. This one, as soon as it touches his face will just turn off. Not even close to being worth the money spent.

Worst Experience EVER!!

I purchased items from Macy's online on Feb 17. I paid for 1-2 day shipping. On March 5, Almost 3 weeks later, I was informed that my order has been delivered. I don't have any items from the order. The order was shipped to the other side of the country! Wow I am beyond disappointed! This is an outrage! Now Macy's is asking for a review on items I have not received. I wish I could give zero stars!

Cuts effortlessly, smooth and quiet.

I have used Philips razor for decades, and each generation gets better. This one appears to have hair extractors built into the blades, which makes it easier to clean.

So Far so Good

So fr, everything is great. Smooth shave in the shower using cream. Has a cleaning system that I have not yet tried. There is an app to tell me how to shave, but honestly that is what I refer to as a stupid app, because I have been shaving for about 65 years and don't think I need lessons or an app.

A shaver that has been reassembled incorrectly (after cleaning, for example) will emit a rattling noise when used. Very good shaver!

This shaver does the job very well, and I am a Phillips shaver user for over 50 years! The floating triple heads easily follow the facial contours and provide a close shave every time. Cleanup is simple; just open the head (one-touch release) and run tap water for a few seconds.
