Pizza Delizioso

I have a few flat top Made in pieces, and this one takes the cake or should I say, Pizza… perfect size griddle, and it cooks the pizza like you can not believe…. Beautiful crust underneath and perfect melted/just about brown mozzarella on top…I cook my pizza on the barbecue at like 450-500 degrees for about 6 -8 minutes or so, and cut it and serve it while still in the griddle and every slices is like the first one because the griddle stays hot enough to keep the pizza perfect, even after the last slice….Just amazing…

Round Carbon Steel Griddle

Solid, perfect for round grills. Used mine for the first time on a ceramic egg grill with lump hardwood. Withstood very high heat, and relatively easy clean up (no soap). I expect you could use this as a pizza steel also.

Size better for egg please

I love the ide of the product. I bought it for the top of my large green egg and the Griddle was too big for the my grill, so I had to return it. This should be made to fit the two largest eggs.

Raised Center makes it all Drip

I have several pieces of MadeIn cookware that I love, but have found this griddle useless because the center is so raised everything seeps to the edges. I am giving this one away because I have no use for it in my kitchen. I have the square griddle that I love and will stick with that.

Multi Use Plancha

The addition of this substantial carbon steel griddle plate to my smoker/grill provides the perfect surface for smashing burgers along with grilled onions and cheese. There is ample room to either accommodate a large 14” pizza, or an entire breakfast of bacon, eggs and home fried potatoes. Sear, bake or grill. Outside or in. Versatile, heavy gauge, and naturally nonstick.
