Best Knife Ever!

I got this knife for my birthday last November. After 50+ years of cooking with name brand knives, the precision and performance of the SHUN is like NO OTHER. I have abandoned them all and only use this knife. Macy's had a great price, so I had to get another! A FIVE STAR performance indeed! If you love to cook, you must try this. You won't regret it!

Greatest knife I've ever used.

Greatest knife I've ever used. Use it fir cutting meat, vegetables, dicing etc. Probably need to send it in first sharpening as I've used everyday since recieving it a year ago. Love the handle also.
