Great Coffee Maker but Very Poor Reliability

We have owned 5 of these, each has lasted from 1 to 18 months, our last one only lasted 3 months so we are not wasting any more money on these. While they are a great idea, their reliability is nothing short of JUNK.

Brew station needs improvement

This is my second Brewstation. I was disappointed with this one as they made it slimmer but less functional. I always pour my fresh brewed coffee into a carafe. The older models had a big pour spot on the back. The new models had has a small pour dpiut making it difficult to pour out the coffee without spilling it. Additionally, the water canister on the side is much narrower than the previous models

Works well. No glass carafe. So no worries about breaking it when washing. Pours and makes the coffee fast and easy to use.

Junk..leaks all over on 2nd use just junk,,,,,,,no one can help will need to get it repaired and PAY for repair!
