Please note that this frother is operated by a switch rather than a button; once the batteries are inserted correctly according to the graphic instructions inside the battery compartment, gently press the switch away from the curved edge of the device to turn it on. Pressing directly down on the switch will not activate the device. NO GOOD 👎🏻

Defective! The metal coiled spring keeps unraveling & does not work like it should. It basically cannot mix anymore once it unravels inside my coffee mug… I want to return for refund or credit!
