Wish the second burner had more strength

The large burner is excellent, has great power to cook a stew or any other meal, unfortunately, the small is more like a warmer. I was never able to reach a temperature to actually have something cooked. I use it as a warmer only

So far, so good.

This is a replacement burner. Something went wrong with the first double burner I ordered. I suspect the heating element went on the fritz. I read the instructions very carefully on this new one, and set it up according the parameters given. Both burners are heating up fine. I just boiled water for pasta and have cooked several sauces, soups and risotto. The burner's construction is metal, and not cheap either. It looks great. So, I'm keeping it extra clean. Overall, I cannot complain. Cuisinart replaced the burner, which was under warranty, with no muss or fuss.

A life-saver

My range was out of commission just after Thanksgiving. While I could get by with a toaster oven and an air fryer for most things, what I really needed was the use of burners. When I looked online, there were several less expensive burner units available. But, when I saw the one by Cuisinart, I knew that I could count on it for quality. Now my range is fixed, but the extra two burners come in handy when there’s a larger meal to prepare and dishes to keep warm.

Performs Well and Easy to Clean

It heats well with great temperature control response. It cleans up well if you happen to let something boil over. It is sturdy without being very heavy to move around. The legs grip well to the top of a surface. I just wished that the control knobs would not be as easy to turn on, I would like to have the knob click on and off. It is too easy to plug the unit in and find that you accidently have turned both burners on by mistake. Other than that which I can live with just by making sure before you plug it in that both burners are set to Off.

Countertop Double Burner

Love this product. I have a small galley kitchen so this is my stove top. I use it for most of my cooking. Heats up fast, temperature adjusts well and I love the look of it. Everything a stove will do. Also love the plates as very easy to clean.
