Sizing off

sizing is very odd. i ordered a 9 and kept getting a 9.5 delivered to me (twice) and half sizes aren't even an option for order so I'm not sure what's going on with this boot. I wouldn't trust sizing on this. calves are also too wide. i don't have skinny calves but these just won't work

I'm confused I used to have a pair of boots like this this looks like a woman's boot no harm no foul
