Drop Viking as a vendor!

Viking sent me the SAME wrong order TWICE! I spent over 2 hours in Macy’s on two different occasions trying to get the correct order & finally settled for a refund. I would suggest Macy’s NOT use Viking as a vendor. They are irresponsible!

Great Sauce Pan

I have had a 5-ply 2 Quart sauce pan for several years and unfortunatly I left it on the stove way too long and burned it up to where I haven't been able to clean it so I am ordering another one ! It is always my ego to pan because the weight is just right and it feels good to pick up.

Not sized correctly

Not as advertised. It is a 2qt sauce pan. I'm sure of it because i've tried to exchange it 3 times and they keep sending me the 2 qt. Went to macy's directly and ordered and they sent me the 2 qt. Still waiting for a refund on the return. The 2 qt is much cheaper.
