I bought this for my daughter. She told me this is not heavy enough enough to chop stuff. Too bad she lives too far away and didin't bother to return the item.
Great charceuterie board
I bought this board to use as a charceuterie board, and for that it will work great. I didn't notice any defect in the wood or construction that was mentioned in other reviews. It appears to be well constructed. If I was in a need for a cutting board I would consider purchasing another one.
very poor quality
The quality of this cutting board is disappointing. Within the first few uses a top section separated and the board is no longer intact. Also it does not withstand knife blades and is quite slashed and dented within first week of use.
Shody workmanship
one of the seams on this cutting board was not glued together properly :( air showed through! I will be returning
