DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the worst thing I have ever purchased. It is NOT comfortable AT ALL! It will literally leave deep marks in your skin almost making holes in your skin. Does NOTHING like it claims to do.

An excellent tool

Can’t wait to add this to my nightly routine for extra relaxation. It takes a few minutes to overcome to initial (somewhat painful) sensation, but then my body adapts and relaxes into it.

Acupupressure mat

I was afraid, very afraid. Then one day I just did it and wow, it was wonderful. I use it all the time. Still on 10-15 min. Love it.
