Disappointing

Item arrived in a very thick black bottle wrapped in bubble, there were numbers printed across the bottle and dust covered the the rubber droplet. I think this was a tester. I returned the item. I couldn't risk using the product.

also received an expired bottle

the bottle is different looking than the one in the image online and had a sticker over it covering up the expiration date.

I received an expired bottle that was oily all over and it smelled gross Bummed that Macys has quality like this

Exceptional

At first, I wasn't sure how to use the product. Then one night I added about 8-10 drops to the ends of my hair before washing it the next morning and wow, my hair turned out fabulous! I have thick shoulder-length light brown hair with some greying. This product added moisture body & bounce to my hair without weighing it down. Love!

I like this product. Easy to use, smells great, only need a few drops each time. The bottle will last for a long time.

Seems like a good quality hair oil

Smells great, its a really soft kind of herbal/flowery scent. Easy to apply as well, too soon to tell if it works though.

A must buy!

Have loved using this oil as an after wash conditioner. Leaves hair feeling soft and stronger. Make sure to use small quantities and spread evenly. Buying another bottle now :)
